What Is ERP?
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) refers to an integrated system used to manage important administrative functions across an enterprise, including human resources, asset management, payroll, time and attendance, finance, acquisition, budget, and grants.
Signifying a move to a more results-driven strategy, Gov. David Ige in 2015 directed the state’s technology team to adopt a more targeted, business-like approach to modernizing functions of state government. This modular strategy will achieve benefits in the short term while staying within budget, with the intent of integrating sub-components as they are established.
